📝 Terms of Service

1. Service Description

1. The server is named 「Wudi」, running the Create: Aeronautics modpack on Minecraft Java Edition.

2. This is a non-profit community server for players' entertainment.

3. The server reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without notice.

2. Player Conduct

  • No illegal, pornographic, violent, or fraudulent content.
  • No commercial activity on the server.
  • No distributing viruses, trojans, or malware.
  • No malicious attacks on the server or disruption of others' gameplay.
  • Do not impersonate admins or other players.

3. Accounts & Data

1. Players log in with their Minecraft account; the server does not create additional accounts.

2. The server does not collect players' private information.

3. In-game builds and progress are stored in the server database without a guarantee of permanent retention.

4. Disclaimer

1. The server is not liable for any losses players incur in-game (including but not limited to time, item loss, or emotional distress).

2. Players are responsible for their own Minecraft account credentials; the server is not responsible for recovery.

3. The server is not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, failures, or force majeure (e.g. DDoS attacks).

4. Intellectual property of third-party modpacks/mods belongs to their original authors.

5. Rule Changes

1. Admins may revise terms and rules at any time.

2. Revised terms are announced and take effect immediately.

3. Continued use of the server constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
