1. Is Momo Toolbox free?
Completely free. All tools are unlimited and free to use — no registration, no payment, no hidden fees.
2. Will my data be uploaded to a server?
No. All tool data processing happens locally in your browser. We do not collect any personal data and have no backend database. See the Privacy Policy for details.
3. Do I need to register an account?
No. All tools work out of the box — no login, no email, no identity required.
4. Can tools be used offline?
Currently an internet connection is required. We are working on a PWA version that will allow offline use after installation.
5. Which browsers are supported?
All modern browsers: Chrome 90+, Firefox 90+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+. We recommend the latest version for the best experience.
6. What languages are supported?
Simplified Chinese and English are currently supported. Click the language switcher in the top-right to switch. More languages will be added based on demand.
7. How do I use it on mobile?
Just visit the website in your mobile browser. All pages are responsive and every tool works on mobile.
8. Can I process data in bulk?
Some tools support batch operations (like image compression). Batch processing for other tools is under development. Feedback via email is welcome.
9. How do I report bugs or suggest new tools?
Please contact us via the email in the footer. Describe the issue or request in detail — we take every feedback seriously.
10. Are the tool results accurate?
All tools use standard browser-native APIs and produce accurate, reliable results. For critical use cases, we recommend verifying the results yourself.
